Programming for the renovation and AMO for the implementation of a MPGP of 4 municipal swimming pools in Avignon :

• Renovation (demolition / reconstruction) of 4 sites, environmental management of the architectural project
• Construction of a new building on the North site, with a floor area of around 5,500 m²
.

The environmental approach

Special measures have been put in place to promote a positive environmental and societal impact around the project, with :

• The definition of sensitive areas, the implementation and monitoring of the EAP, the use of selective sorting bins, and the monitoring of energy consumption
• A social integration project involving 7,000 hours of social integration, including 15 % of the site’s overall hours.
